The hotel is perfectly located, with the famous tower just within walking distance. It is also very close to transport options, making it convenient for exploring the city. The rooms are comfortable and well-maintained, with a great breakfast menu. The friendly owners go above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay.

The bathrooms could use some improvement in terms of cleanliness.

Actually everything was very clean, my next choice again in Blackpool. All was exceptionally clean, I really enjoyed wonderful staff and atmosphere.

This hotel is nicely situated, just off the main promenade, away from the hustle and bustle but still conveniently located near the North area attractions in Blackpool. The trams into the town center are a short walk away, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms are well-maintained, recently painted with new carpets, and equipped with basic amenities. The staff is friendly and provides excellent service, ensuring a comfortable stay. The breakfast offered is delicious, with a nice strong coffee to start the day. It even includes the option of extra items if desired.

We had a brilliant stay at this hotel. The rooms were spotlessly clean and had all the necessary amenities like tea/coffee making facilities and toiletries. The hotel also provided fluffy white towels, sheets, and pillowcases, along with extra pillows and blankets if needed. The location was perfect, close to the sea and just a short walk or tram ride away from the city's attractions. We especially loved the convenience of the tram stop being just down the road, as we didn't have to worry about walking long distances. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options including cereals, juices, fruit, and a satisfying full English breakfast. The staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel truly welcome. this hotel offered exceptional value for money and we would definitely choose to stay here again in the future.

Perfectly clean low-budget accommodation with helpful staff and brilliant location close to the tram stop. Tasty breakfast, great service. We booked a family room, it was brand-new and well-kept.

Staff and people generally were brilliant! Breakfast was gorgeous and fine, it had cereal and fruit. We had a very nice stay, loved this hotel and would stay there again.

Convenient location for marathon start and close to Hilton hotel. Wifi worked well. Friendly staff allowed late check-out after race. Good breakfast selection.
